Toronto developer Medallion Corporation has applied for Site Plan Approval to construct a 30-storey residential building with 403 units and a daycare at 3400 Weston Road. The project, revised multiple times since 2020, includes increased three-bedroom units, a 37,727 sq. ft. public space, and ample parking facilities.
