The City of Toronto’s Housing Now initiative plans a multi-tower development at 40 Bushby Drive near Scarborough Town Centre. The project, featuring three towers between 44 and 59 storeys, will provide 1,717 residential units, including affordable rentals. The 6,770m² site is a short walk from the new Scarborough Centre station.
