The Muzzo Group is proposing to transform a car dealership site at 3790 Highway 7 West into three high-rise towers—one standing at 43 storeys and two at 45 storeys. The development will be designed by BDP Quadrangle and include 1,621 residential units atop a 6-storey podium featuring commercial spaces, amenities, and additional residential suites.
