The Pinnacle International Carrigan Court project in Burnaby has received approval. Phased construction will see 546 below-market rental units, replacing 141 existing apartments. The second phase will feature 354 strata units. Located near Lougheed Station, the development complements Pinnacle’s nearby Lougheed project.
