A new affordable housing project for Indigenous seniors is progressing in Toronto’s Davisville neighbourhood. Located at 140 Merton Street, the 29-storey building will offer 294 residential units and community spaces. The design preserves the facade of a heritage building on-site, with construction set to begin in September 2024.
