A 28-storey mixed-use tower is proposed for 2030 Caroline Street in Downtown Burlington, steps from the Downtown Transit Terminal. Designed by Chamberlain, the project includes 302 residential units, commercial spaces, and a three-storey podium with six-storey above-grade parking. The site was previously a city-operated lot.
