GECC is proposing a 26-storey high-rise rental housing tower on a long-vacant site at Cambie Street and West 48th Avenue in Vancouver. The project will provide 182 rental homes, including 36 below-market units. 53% of the units will be three- or four-bedrooms, catering to families and students associated with nearby Langara College.
