Vancouver’s new parking policy is being tested with a proposed 25-storey residential tower in the West End. The development will offer 136 rental units, 30% below market rate, with 200 bike parking spots but no vehicle parking. Effective last January, the policy also removed parking space requirements along the Broadway subway route.
