Reid’s Heritage Properties’ 25-storey Evoke tower project in Ottawa, planned for 1546 Scott Street with 230 units, has been placed under receivership due to unpaid debts. Starbank Developments, the secured creditor, initiated the process after multiple missed payments. The project is expected to be sold through a court-ordered process.
