Vancouver-based QuadReal Property Group has proposed a revision to a 21-storey development in Toronto’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, now planning a 45-storey purpose-built rental tower with 527 units. The mixed-use development will offer various amenities and close proximity to transit options such as the Eglinton Subway Station.
