Kelowna’s Saba Construction plans to rezone a 1.4-acre site at 1239 Pacific Avenue for a development of two six-storey L-shaped apartment buildings. The project features 210 rental units comprised of studio to three-bedroom units. It will include 166 parking spaces, 160 bike stalls, and a car share space.
