Starbank Developments has proposed plans to redevelop a retail plaza at at 609 Roehampton Avenue in Midtown Toronto into two 15-storey residential buildings. The buildings feature 209 units with over 9,000 sq. ft. of shared amenities. The project is within walking distance of parks and the Leaside Eglinton Crosstown LRT Station.
