Osmington Gerofsky Development Corp plans two high-rise condo towers near Glencairn subway station at 253-263 Viewmount Avenue and 12-18 Romar Crescent. The project will feature 1,055 units, of which 30% are family-sized apartments. The towers will offer extensive amenities and promote transit-oriented living near the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
