Two new towers, 19 and 39 storeys, have been proposed for Regent Park’s Phase 4 redevelopment in Toronto. The towers, developed by Tridel and Toronto Community Housing Corporation, will add 917 residential units and retail spaces. The project will include underground parking, extensive bicycle storage, and public spaces.
