First Capital has proposed redeveloping the Sobeys site at 2451-2495 Danforth Avenue in Toronto’s Danforth Village. The project features two mixed-use towers (13 and 35 storeys) with 620 residential units, retail spaces, and affordable housing. Located near transit hubs, it also includes community amenities and public space.
