The City Centre Motel in Vancouver will be redeveloped into a mixed-use project featuring 446 rental homes, 20% of which will be below-market, along with 16,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The project is a short walk from the upcoming Mount Pleasant SkyTrain Station. Nicola Wealth Real Estate acquired the site in 2021 for $60 million.
