Strand Development has proposed a 19-storey rental tower at 302-360 West 2nd Avenue near the Olympic Village SkyTrain station. The mixed-use project will include 203 rental units, 33,300 sq. ft. of creative industrial space, and 13,500 sq. ft. of office space. The unit mix includes studios to three-bedroom units.
