BV Realty Partners has resubmitted plans for a 63-storey mixed-use tower at 2 Cawthra Square in Toronto, up from 45 storeys. The project incorporates heritage preservation of 6 and 8 Cawthra Square and includes 590 residential units, a community office hub, and expanded bicycle parking near three subway stations.
