Rize Alliance Properties has applied to develop two 18-storey rental buildings at 5350-5430 Heather St., Vancouver. The project includes 280 market and 71 below-market rental units. The buildings’ green facade is inspired by its park-centric setting, steps from Queen Elizabeth Park and Vandusen Botanical Garden.
