A proposal has been submitted to add an 11-storey extension to the Belmont House, a long-term care facility in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood. The addition will introduce 168 long-term care beds and 30 assisted living units, increasing the facility’s total to 308 LTC beds. The site is near Rosedale Station.
